The Indonesian National Military (TNI) Commander, General Agus Subiyanto says that his party has prepared the mitigation plan for several vulnerabilities ahead of the Presidential Inauguration on Sunday, October 20th, 2024.
According to General Agus, one of the vulnerabilities is a cyber attack.
“Yes, we continue to monitor the situation through our cyber units and coordinate with the police and ministries,” says the TNI Commander at Monas Cross Field, Central Jakarta on Friday (10/18/2024).
Explained by Agus, the security of the event will use the scheme of rings, from the inner ring to the outermost ring. The security unit even deployed their sniper troops to secure the important event.
“Yes, so we mobilize all of our force for security, especially within the inner ring, from the complete set of Presidential Guard to sniper unit and Anti-drone are deployed,” said General Agus.
