Three Suspects Arrested in the Maluku Human Trafficking Case
Bid TIK Polda Kepri – Central Maluku. The General Criminal Investigation Directorate of Maluku Regional Police successfully uncovers human trafficking crime at Diamond Billiard & Karaoke, District Kota Masohi, Central Maluku.
Of the case, police arrested three suspects with the initials of RAR (23), AW (36), and BI (40) who are the managers of the place.
Head of Maluku Regional Police Public Relations, Senior Superintendent Areis Aminnulla explains that the case reveal begins when the Head of Mobile Brigade Unit along with his members departed from Ambon City to Central Maluku.
“Upon arrival, they immediately conducted an inspection to the place who allegedly used under-aged workers,” says Areis on Friday (1/10/2025).
There, they found two minors working at the place. They are DIP (1) and MR (16).
“The Mobile Brigade Unit then immediately secured the two minors and arrested three suspects who managed the place,” continued Areis.
In his closing statement, Areis said that the minors and the suspect are secured at the Police HQ as the investigation continues.
