“In the warehouse, we managed to secure the suspect Mr. AI as the person in charge as Branch Head of PT. Sembilan Muara Abadi Petrolium and the suspect Mr. HH as OPS staff of PT Sembilan Muara Abadi Petroleum as well as the following evidence:
1. 22 (twenty two) vehicles with details of 8 (eight) blue tank trucks bearing the words PT Sembilan Muara Abadi Petrolium and 14 (fourteen) tank modified trucks;
2. 2 (two) sets of pumps with hoses and flow meters;
3. 2 (two) operational notebooks of PT. Nine Muara Abadi Petrolium Semarang Branch;
4. 1 (one) Toshiba brand flash drive with a capacity of 16GB which contains a CCTV recording of a gas station.
5. 4 (four) mobile phones.
6. 1 (one) unit of white Fortuner R4 vehicle.
7. The type of diesel fuel is 61,400 (sixty one thousand four hundred) liters.
The suspects are suspected of violating Article 55 of Law No. 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Natural Gas in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.” said Directorate of Water and Air Police.
It was said that the Modus Operandi carried out by Mr. AI, namely purchasing diesel fuel at gas stations in the Ungaran, Bawen and Salatiga areas, Semarang using trucks, box cars and post cars that have been modified by adding tanks or kempus in and in the back of the vehicle with an average purchase in one transaction. i.e. Rp. 300,000, – up to Rp. 500,000, – and is carried out repeatedly until the modified tank reaches a maximum load of 3 (three) tons.
After purchasing diesel fuel from a gas station, the fuel is then transferred to a sitting tank in the PT. Nine Muara Abadi Petroleum and then loading into a blue Tank truck that reads PT. Nine Muara Abadi Petroleum is then sold to industrial consumers in the fisheries sector, namely fishing vessels located at the Jongor Fishery Port, Tegal City, Juwana Fishery Port and Rembang Fishery Port, Central Java at a price of IDR 7,500, – (seven thousand five hundred rupiah) per liter.
