Bid TIK Polda Kepri – Semarang. The Central Java Regional Police Violent Crimes Sub-directorate patrols the city following clashes and brawls.
During the patrol, police are able to apprehend juveniles allegedly to be a member of a gang and about to clash with another group.
The Head of Central Java Regional Police Public Relations Chief, Senior Superintendent Artanto explains that the patrol and handling of brawls was to provide safety, security, and conduciveness to the general public.
“Gang activities and brawls have made the public restless. Thus, we deploy our patrol unit to handle this issue and we hope this can provide a sense of security and comfort to the public,” says Artanto.
In the patrol activity, police members were scouring areas prone to brawls and they managed several suspicious juveniles at the location.
Following the arrest, the teenagers will undergo further investigation as they were caught by the patrol unit bringing dangerous weapons.
