The operation was held in the Surgical Installation Room of the Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Manado, which has been carried out since Friday, June 18, 2021, and was carried out in collaboration with the National Police Health Center, North Sulawesi Regional Police’s Medic and Health Division, Manado Bhayangkara Hospital, North Sulawesi Bhayangkari and Smile Train Indonesia.
This cleft lip and cleft palate operation received a direct review from the North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Nana Sudjana who was accompanied by the Chairman of North Sulawesi Bhayangkari, Ms. Shinta Nana Sudjana, Head of Doctor of Health, Pol. Grand Commissioner Freddy Worang, Chairman of Hospital – Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Faizal Zulkarnaen and High Rank Executives of Regional Police, Sunday (06/20/21).
This operation was carried out simultaneously in all Bhayangkara Hospitals throughout Indonesia, receiving the MURI record award, where a total of 752 patients were operated on, while at Bhayangkara Hospital Manado there were 17 patients.
The North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief thanked the team involved in this operation and hopefully this will be a charity for all of us
Pol. Inspector General Nana Sudjana said that this activity is a form of National Police’s concern for the community, especially those who are less fortunate.
“This is certainly very beneficial for the underprivileged community, especially since the operating costs are quite large,” said the Two Star General.
In the same place, the Head of North Sulawesi Regional Police’s Medic and Health, Pol. Grand Commissioner Freddy Worang explained that the people of North Sulawesi were enthusiastic in carrying out this cleft lip surgery.
“This activity is free and free of charge. A total of 17 patients with cleft lip surgery came from the North Sulawesi region and some from Gorontalo,” concluded Pol. Grand Commissioner Freddy Worang.
