Speaking at a discussion in Mataram on Sunday (2/2/2025), Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) Director Priandhi Satria emphasized the need for government and private sector support to improve access, boost promotion, and ensure the success of these events.
“Such support is necessary to enhance the quality of our events and ensure their continuation,” he said, as quoted by antaranews.com
In 2024, Mandalika hosted events for 268 days, attracting 170,000 visitors, including 120,000 MotoGP fans. Satria remains optimistic that Mandalika’s international exposure will elevate Lombok’s tourism profile globally.
