The pair defeated Thailand’s Laksika Kanlaha and Phataimas Muenwong in the final. They won in three sets, 15-21, 21-13, 21-8, in the BWF Super 300 tournament.
“I’m really grateful and happy to win a Super 300 title with a new partner,” Lanny said after the victory, as reported in antaranews.com.
She explained that in the first game, they struggled to keep up with their opponents’ pace. But they bounced back in the second and third games by speeding up their play and motivating each other.
