Bid TIK Polda Kepri/”>Bid TIK Polda Kepri – The Armed Criminal Group (KKB) attacked a church in Borme District, Bintang Mountains Regency during Sunday service at around 11.00 am.
The Head of Damai Cartenz Operations, Superintendent Bayu Suseno says that the incident happened when the church congregations were praying for Sunday service and were visited by four members of KKB. They brought the rifles and threatened and robbed the people inside the church.
Police reports that there are two phones and a laptop that were robbed by the four KKB members.
“After robbing the people in the church, they immediately went to the school complex and scared away the teachers and made them run to the forest to hide. As of now, we still have yet received any reports regarding the victims of the attack,” said Bayu on Sunday (5/5/2024).
Bayu adds that some of the health workers who were attending the Sunday service ran away and hid at the house of Borme District Public Health Center, Mountains Regency.
