Bid TIK Polda Kepri – Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) reveals that the people of Kohod Village had their ID cards used in connection with the sea fence case in Tangerang waters.

Based on the results of the investigation in the field, the denizens did not know that their names were used until the issuance of the Ownership Certificate (SHM) and the Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) at the sea fence location.

“Based on the initial investigation that we have carried out on the denizens, it is true that their ID are used for the issuance of these letters,” says Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro, the General Criminal Investigation Director of INP Criminal Investigation Unit on Wednesday (2/15/2025).

According to him, currently investigations on other involved parties are still being carried out as the police believes that the document forgery cannot be done without notifying other higher ups.

Djuhandani adds that his party also investigates the flow of funds resulting from the forgery of the documents. Therefore, a number of bank accounts are being investigated.

“We have obtained a recapitulation of the Kohod transaction fund request and several accounts we have obtained. The financial value of the temporary account is still being studied,” said Djuhandani.
