The Metro Jaya Regional Police will reexamine the case of a meeting between the Vice Head of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Alexander Marwata with the litigant, the former Head of Yogyakarta Customs and Excise Eko Darmanto.

“The investigators of the Sub-directorate of Metro Jaya Regional Police Corruption Criminal Investigation have examined five officials of KPK,” says the Special Criminal Investigation Director of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Ade Safri Simanjuntak on Saturday (10/19/2024).

He revealed that the examinations on five witnesses were carried out on Friday (10/18/2024) at 09.00 am. However, one of the witnesses is unable to attend the summoning.

“One of KPK officials namely the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of KPK Pahala Nainggolan has confirmed his absence,” he explained.

Ade says that Pahala will be scheduled for reexamination on October 28th, 2024.
