Defence Ministry Secretary General Lieutenant General Tri Budi Utomo underscored on Saturday (1/3/2025) the reserve force’s role in strengthening national security, emphasizing their duty to safeguard sovereignty in an era of evolving threats.

“Every reserve member embodies national resilience, prepared to serve with unwavering commitment,” he said, delivering Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin’s official address.

Tri stressed that modern security challenges extend beyond conventional warfare, including cyber threats, economic disruptions, and information warfare, requiring heightened preparedness.
