Prosecutors said that Harvey’s actions led to losses totaling Rp 300 trillion, including environmental damage. His conduct was considered a serious obstruction to anti-corruption efforts.
The court also heard charges against co-defendants Suparta, the CEO of RBT, who faces 14 years in prison and Rp 4.57 trillion in restitution, and Reza Andriansyah, the Business Development Director, who is facing eight years in prison.
