“In this site, there are over 17,732 members who have registered to join the sex party community,” said Head of Sub-directorate 4 of Metro Jaya Regional Police Cyber Criminal Investigation Directorate, Superintendent Herman Edco Wijaya Simbolon on Friday (1/10/2025).
Continued by the Director of Metro Jaya Regional Police Cyber Criminal Investigation Directorate, Senior Superintendent Roberto GM Pasaribu, he reveals that the sex party with exchanging partners was also attended by Foreign Nationals (WNA). The sex party was held in Bali and Jakarta 10 times at a villa or hotel.
“People are free to join as a member, only with a note that the site is only used as a means of meeting their desired partner,” explains Roberto.
The suspects IG (39) and KS (39) were charged with Article 45 Paragraph (1) Juncto Article 27 Paragraph (1) of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and/or Article 4 Jo Article 29 and/or Article 7 Jo Article 33 and/or Article 8 Jo Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornograp. Both were also charged with the crime of money laundering (TPPU).
