The Directorate of General Crimes of Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Unit received a report regarding the installation of a sea fence in Bekasi, West Java. The report was submitted by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning on February 7, 2025.
“This is a Police Report model B reported by ATR/BPN. The party that is harmed is the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia,” explained the Director of General Criminal Investigation of INP Brigadier General Djuhandani Raharjo Puro on Wednesday (2/12/2025).
According to him, the report was filed under Articles 263, 264, and 266 of the Criminal Code
Djuhandani explained that the investigation team is currently still collecting evidence, which makes the reported party in this case cannot be revealed yet.
“Starting today, the team has carried out investigation efforts by deploying several members to the location to collect information and evidence that we can use for further processes,” said Djuhandani.
